A pair of apps (one for your smartwatch and one for your phone) works together as your personal coach.
The smartwatch app, powered by our innovative Biometric AI, continuously monitors for signs of stress and notifies you upon detecting a stressful moment.
It is currently available on Samsung Galaxy and Fossil smartwatches.The companion smartphone app allows you to quickly review, rate, and note down the reasons and contexts surrounding detected stress events.
It then delivers just-in-time coaching (sourced from books and articles) on how to better manage the stressful situation you just experienced.
Once you have recorded a sufficient number of stressors, you will get your resilience score that indicates the balance between healthy and unhealthy sources of stress in your life.
It is a proxy for your current capacity to successfully bounce back from adversity.The smartwatch app also delivers brief daily tips based on stress management research and positive psychology to help you build stress resilience.As you get better at de-escalating stressful situations, your interactions may become more pleasant.
